where we’d find that the cure for pain was in a glass of wine, rain or shine we’d be fine, always turning on a dime, always yearning just to write what we’d been learning all that time but we were blind, stuck inside the cage of our own minds, and we tried but we never could escape that age old rhyme: do or die, fail or fly, leave behind this way of life, open up those sleepy eyes so you can see how much it shines.

Forget everything you knew, you know nothing that you do will really ever take me from “The Room” or from the place we lay in bloom, where you whispered I was made for you and nothing felt more real or true, it’s like the sky was falling through the ceiling till it came and threw our lives away, another day, another chance we’re meant to take, another time, another place, no other moments can erase the feeling that those memories gave and in this hour face to face we’re breathing out of time and space…yeah.
